The little one was complaining soon after we got there. "I wanna go home (hotel)", she kept lamenting.
To appease her, we took her to the live pets section. I was a little hesitant to take her there initially as I know there are issues with animal rights and the type of pets they have for sale there. However, the little rabbits were pretty cute.
The pups were even cuter. So adorable that it's quite difficult to resist buying one...except when one's a tourist of course.
One of MJ's missions at Chatuchak was to get pure lemongrass oil scent to burn at home. It's much cheaper here than back home and the ones here are 100% pure while the ones back home are mixed.
In the shade and in a better mood.
This shop was quite difficult to find but we eventually did and their decor is really quite unique.
The good mood didn't last very long. The heat was a little too hard to bear.
Only a sweet quenching drink was able to console her...
...only momentarily!

Just a stone's throw away from Chatuchak is very clean and airy farmer's market. Thanks to Angel for telling me about it. My biggest catch there...
One of, if not the cleanest market I've been to in a long time.
Huge packets of keropok.
Giant prawns and cooked halved crabs on sale...
meats like roast pork and char siew looked very appetising.
Taking a lunch break with MJ showing Meg how to use the newly purchased magic wallet.
...Ah, the luxury of space and cleanliness...enhanced by a giant fan!
